How to delete my account?

If you're considering leaving Startups Heroes and wish to delete your account, we're here to guide you through the process. We understand that this decision might not be easy, and we'd love to address any concerns or feedback you may have before you decide to leave. However, if you choose to proceed with deleting your account, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sending Your Request
To initiate the account deletion process, you have two options:

1.  Email Request: Simply send us an email at [email protected]. Make sure to include your account details and a brief message stating that you wish to delete your account.
2.  Support Ticket: For a more direct approach, you can open a support ticket directly from our platform. Log into your account, navigate to the Help or Support section, and click on the "Ask The Coach" button bellow. Ensure you choose the category related to account management and specify that you want to delete your account.

Step 2: Processing Your Request
Upon receiving your request, our team will take the necessary steps to verify your account details and proceed with the deletion process. This includes the removal of your account and all associated data. We aim to complete this process as efficiently as possible, however, please allow us a short period to ensure everything is handled correctly and securely.

Step 3: Confirmation of Account Deletion
Once your account has been successfully deleted, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Startups Heroes account. This serves as your assurance that your account and all related data have been permanently removed from our system.

Important Considerations:
Irreversibility: It's crucial to understand that account deletion is final and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to regain access to it or retrieve any data previously associated with your account. If you think you might want to use Startups Heroes in the future, you might consider simply inactivating your account instead of deleting it permanently.

Data Deletion: With the deletion of your account, all your personal information, projects, and any other data linked to your account will be permanently erased. If there’s any information or data you wish to keep, we strongly advise you to back it up before proceeding with the deletion request.
